... erm... inquiring minds want to know: At how many pairs does it rise to an obsession?

I'm not a gambling lady, but if I were, I'd bet big that literally every lady in Indonesia owns at least one pair of these jelly shoes (usually flats).  At first I was skeptical; now I'm a convert.  They are ubiquitous at shoe stalls at big bazaars, and sometimes itinerant flip-flop sandal sellers peddle them out of the back of their trucks.  Turn-over is high, so I'm always on the look-out for new colors or styles.  My best bargained-for price for one pair so far is $1.30.
